Two component elastomeric cementitious coating

Cement based coating for masonry and concrete, resistant to positive and negative water pressure. It is a 2-component product: A-Powder: ready mixture of cement, sand and additives. B- Mixing liquid based on resins and additives. The product is non-toxic and can be in contact with potable water tanks, three colors are available in Light Grey / Dark Grey / White.

How to Use:

  • The substrate to be treated must be perfectly sound, clean and free from grease, dust and foreign matters. The surface to should be pre-saturated with water prior to application. However, any standing water shall be removed prior to application.
  • Each coat shall be applied @1.6-1.8 kg/m2 which will give a dry film thickness of 1.0 mm for general waterproof coatings and protection depending upon the substrates. Second coat shall be applied after the first coat dries off completely (6-8 hours) which is recommended to apply in two coats to provide a minimum thickness of 1.8-2.0 mm for heavily trafficked areas and water retaining structures.
  • Third coat may be required in areas of extremely high infiltration.
