Fibre reinforced, non-shrink repair mortar
Single component polymer modified, fibre reinforced non-shrink repair mortar, provide high strength. It contains blends of Portland cement, sand, polyethylene fibre, polymer powder, special fillers and other special additives.
Properties:
- Excellent Strength.
- Single component, only mix with water.
- Easy to use, no special equipment required.
- Shrinkage controlled polymer modified system.
- Chloride free, will not promote corrosion of reinforcement.
- Fibre reinforced, no cracking.
Uses:
- Repairing honeycombs, concrete facades and spalling.
- Used for concrete restructuring of balconies, terraces, walls, etc.
- Other concrete repair works.

How to Use:
- Application surfaces must be structurally sound, free of loose or deteriorated concrete, free of dust, dirt, paint and other contaminants. Cracks or cavities to be sealed may need to be enlarged to increase the bonding area. Where surface contamination exists, concrete surfaces should be prepared by water blasting, girt blasting or wire brushing in the area of the leak in order to remove the laitance in preparation to receive the CRESCRETE FRM.
