Single component acrylic coating
Single component acrylic based coating for a tough, flexible and durable coating which is resistant to UV and weathering.

How to Use:
- The surface of the concrete shall be sound, clean and uncontaminated. This preparation shall be such as to leave a sound exposed concrete surface free from dust, loose particles and any deleterious matter. Cracks and potholes shall be complete with the suitable “CRES” range of products.
- Metal surface: Clean the surface of all rust scales. This can be achieved by wire brushing or grit blasting.
- Priming: A primer coat is required to seal the pores and stabilize the surface. CRESFLEX 201 with 20% dilution with clean water should be used as a primer coat if required. It will improve the bond strength of the coating. This can be applied by a brush, roller or spray.
- The primer coat should be allowed to dry completely before the application of CRESFLEX 201. CRESFLEX 201 can be applied by brush, roller or an airless spray. When applying by airless spray then dilute the coating with approximately 5% water to reduce the viscosity of the coating. Apply a minimum of two coats with undiluted material @1.4-1.6 kg/m2 per coat for 0.5mm DFT.
