Two component cementitious coating
Polymer modified cementitious coating. It is a 2-component product: A-Powder: ready mixture of cement, sand and additives. B- Mixing liquid based on resins and additives. The product are available in three colours, i.e., light grey, dark grey and white.
Properties:
- Easy to mix and apply.
- No added water required.
- Water based-Safe to use, low odour.
- Excellent elongation and flexibility.
- Good adhesion to both porous and non-porous surfaces.
- Excellent protection to concrete substrates against carbonation and chloride attack.
- Non toxic-suitable for contact with potable water tanks.

How to Use:
- The substrate to be treated must be perfectly sound, clean and free from grease, dust and foreign matters. The surface should be pre-saturated with water prior to application. However, any standing water shall be removed prior to application.
- Apply CRESPROOF 301 with a brush, roller, sweeper or trowel. Tools and equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after use. Under normal circumstances, when the full quantities of both components are mixed together, a slurry consistency will result. The consistency of the mix can be altered by reducing the amount of Part B (liquid) to be used. For trowel application, use only 90% of Part B (approximately 4.5 kg). For roller application, mix water maximum of 1 to 1.5 lit (kg) for 20 kg pack.
- It is recommended to apply CRESPROOF 301 in two coats to provide a minimum thickness of 2mm. Each coat shall be applied @ 1.8 to 2.0 kg/m2 which will give a DFT of 1 mm.
