SBS modified liquid applied bitumen membrane
Liquid applied, single pack elastomeric waterproofing coating that provides long lasting waterproofing on applications which require enhanced elongation characteristics. It is made of SBS rubber modified bitumen which cures to form a seamless waterproofing membrane that is durable, highly flexible and elastomeric.
Properties:
- Single component, ready to use.
- Cold & liquid applied.
- High elasticity, ensuring a permanently flexible barrier over a wide range of temperatures.
- Excellent adhesion, can be applied to a range of substrates.
- Forms a tough, elastic and seamless coating upon drying.
- Can be applied on vertical and horizontal surface.
Uses:
It is used for a wide range of applications including wet areas, foundations, basements, terraces, retaining walls, planter boxes, concrete roofs, asbestos cement roof, exposed metal roofing and floor slabs.

How to Use:
- The substrate to be treated must be perfectly sound, clean and free from grease, dust and foreign matters. The surface to should be pre-saturated with water prior to application. However, any standing water shall be removed prior to application.
- On sound, high quality concrete surfaces no primer is necessary. For porous substrate prime the surface with solvent based primer CRESPRIME SB and allow the primer to dry completely. For very dry and porous substrates apply two coats of this primer.
