Water based mould release agent
Single component water based release agent. It is a special blend of emulsified mineral oil and chemicals and is designed for use on formworks to provide easy release of concrete.

Uses:
It is formulated to provide quick, clean and easy stripping of molds and formwork prior to casting concrete, it can be applied to the below materials such as metal, plastic and wood.

How to Use:
- All mould and shutter surfaces must be cleaned from deposits of rust, concrete, oil, contaminants and other materials. It can be applied to new or old form work.
- It can be applied by brush roller or conventional spray. Depending on porosity and composition of form, coverage rate is approximately 20-50 m2 /L.
- It should be applied in a thin, continuous film. Avoid puddling or excessive application as this may cause retarded concrete surface. After application allow to dry for 60-90 minutes. When dry, forms will ready for use.
- Recoating: Every time forms are re-used, these should be recoated with CRESRELEASE WB at the same application rate. Prior to recoating, lightly brush the surface and recoat as directed.
