Water based masonry water repellent
Ready to use surface water sealer based on a mixture of silane/siloxane polymer, It serve as high quality, general purpose water repellents for hydrophobic impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. Mineral surfaces treated with CRESPROTECT REP 100 are especially characterized by an excellent beading effect. Once applied CRESPROTECT REP 100 is absorbed by capillary action and is turned into a hydrophobic siloxane by moisture

Uses:
- It is used for many absorbent mineral substrates such as bricks, sand-lime brick, natural sandstone and mineral plasters.
- It is ideal for inplant impregnation of building materials made of clay, aerated concrete, sand-lime, brick, fibrous cement, mineral fibres and lightweight aggregate.

How to Use:
- All surfaces must be clean, sound, frost free and dry (maximum depth of penetration is achieved when substrates are dry with no damp patches).
- Any existing coatings, surfaces treatments, accumulated pollutants, dust, dirt, oil and efflorescence must be removed. A substrate clogged with dirt or oil will not permit proper sealer penetration. Best results obtained on dry, very absorbent substrates. The substrate must look dry with no damp patches.
- It is a single component, applied at full strength and never diluted. Can be used directly from the container, no mixing is required but stir first before use. Apply by brush, roller or low-pressure spray. On vertical surfaces, It should be flooded starting at the bottom working steadily upward.
