CRES®FIB SB
Solvent based fibrated bitumen coating
High performance bitumen based thixotropic fibrous paste that cures to a hard and tack free finish. This can be applied by brush or trowel. This is designed to be used wherever high build, tougher protection is required. CRESFIB SB complies with the requirements of the following standard: BS 3416:1991, Type 2.
Properties:
- High build foundation protection.
- Replacement for self-adhesive membrane in tanking applications.
- Economical roof waterproofing.
- Excellent flexibility for crack bridging.
- Reduced chloride penetration due to hard, impermeable surfaces.
- Resistant to naturally occurring chemicals in ground water systems.
- Suitable for new and old concrete.
Uses:
- Used for applications where high build and tougher protection is required.
- Used as a curing agent for concrete foundations.
- Used as a protective agent against groundwater salts.
- Used as a metal protection for storage tanks, gates, pipe work, etc.

How to Use:
- All substrates must be sound, clean, dry and smooth. Repair any damage and crack areas.
- All surfaces to be protected with CRESFIB SB should be primed using our SB primer.
- CRESFIB SB should be brush or trowel applied as evenly possible to the primed concrete or steel.
