CRES®GREN S-40 / CRES®NATE N-31

Two component polyurethane spray foam for combo roof system

CRES®GREN S-40 is an eco-friendly CFC free formulated polyether polyol to be used in combination with CRES®NATE N-31 isocyanate for the spray application of polyurethane rigid foams.

Properties:

  • Polyol-Component: Mixture of polyols, fire retardants, stabilizer, catalyst, blowing agent HCFC141 b Iso-Component: Polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate.
  • Unique composition structure can provide better flowability.
  • Due to low viscosity, it is suitable for the production which require flowability.
  • Low thermal conductivity.
  • Good foam stability.
  • Close cell content >90%.

Uses:

It can be widely used in the production of rigid Polyurethane foam insulating materials, also used in PIR foam.

How to Use:

  • Upon casting and complete curing of roof slab, contracting Company’s engineer shall visit the site to inspect the roof and accept the roof for waterproofing and heat insulation works.
  • Prior to commencement of roof waterproofing works, main contractor shall make sure following conditions are met.
  • All joints existing between roof slabs other than expansion joints provided shall be filled with non-shrinkage grout.
  • All electrical conduit and other service entries to slab to be clamped and level to be reduced below the top level of PU FOAM.
  • Rain water outlets shall be in place at specified height as per slope.
  • Vertical parapet wall shall be plastered to the required height.
  • Roof door threshold shall be in place.
  • Upstands to be made prior to apply PU foam.
  • All other works on the roof shall be completed prior to commencement of waterproofing works.
  • Contractor representative will sign the pre checklist for acceptance surface preparation.
  • On completion of cleaning works, other preparatory works shall be undertaken like covering of parapet wall and other utilities fixed on the roof to avoid the risk of over spray.
